It has been my pleasure to have spent many years mediating cases. I have been mediating cases for private parties and businesses since 2008. Prior to 2008, I did multi-party negotiations and mediations as an Assistant Attorney General. While with the Attorney General's Office I practiced civil and environmental law. Since 2008 my private practice has focused mostly on family law. Given my legal experience, I mediate both civil and family law cases. Whether you are scheduling a full day mediation or half-day mediation my rate is the same. $150.00 per party per hour.
